I finally did it.

finally created a page for all the fitness–related graphics I’ve created. I’ve been planning to do this for ages, and just hadn’t gotten around it until today. So…. go check it out! 🙂

As a preview, here is a workout I put together, designed – and then completed! – today. This was a killer. I’m pretty strong, but doing 100 of anything in a row is tough. I finished this in about 42 minutes. Much longer than I thought it would take, so there’s slice of humble pie for this woman. It was a great shoulder and core workout.
